Hi all,

Firstly, congrats to my good mate & coach Chris McCormack (AKA Macca) for his win at Roth, Germany over the weekend, I'm gutted I couldn't be there...

Sorry to my supporters for again taking so long to write, but the past 5 months have been very tough, having to overcome injuries and illness.

I'm am now glad to say that I am on top of my injuries and have overcome the illness that I had, I am laying a good base at present ready to race at the end of July in a 70.3 race in the USA and then an Ironman race in August still undecided which one.

I cannot thank enough all he people who have stuck by me through these times and kept believing in me.

I hope I can repay you all with some great performances in the near future.

Talk soon, Doeboy
