» Almost back to full fitness! (14/03/2007)
Hi All,

Well after a long forced break due to my bike crash in December at the Tinman triathlon at The Mount I am now glad to back training freely and starting to get back to full fitness.

Watching the races for the last 3 months that I would usually be racing in has been hard mentally, but the support from friends, family and outside supporters has been incredible and I cannot thank you all enough.

My build up phase now will take me through to Roth Ironman in late June with my first race back probably being Wildflower in the first week of May in the USA.

I will keep you all posted on how things are going.

Thank you all for your continued support

Cheers, DoeBoy
